Return & Refund Policy

Definition:

A Return refers to the action of the Buyer sending back an item purchased from the Abros website to the Seller.

Situations Eligible for Return:

• The item received was defective.

• The item was damaged during shipping.

• Missing product(s) in the order.

• Wrong item(s) delivered by the Seller.

• Incorrect size received.

Exclusive Sale Policy:

• Orders placed during Sale periods are not eligible for returns.

• In case of size issues or defective/damaged products, we will assist with an exchange, subject to size availability.

EMI Purchases:

• Products purchased through EMI are not eligible for returns.

• Exchange is allowed once per order, subject to size availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges:

• COD charges (₹75–₹100) are non-refundable, even if the product is returned.

Return Request Timeline:

• Buyers must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund Timeline:

• Refund will be processed within 10 working days after the returned product passes seller verification.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, send an email to customercare@abrosshoes.com with the following mandatory details:

• Three images of the footwear (Top view, Bottom view, Side view)

• Order Number

• Reason for return

Requests without the above details cannot be processed.

Important:

• Used, worn, or damaged footwear returned by the customer will be considered invalid.

• The customer will have to bear the courier cost for reshipping.

Exchange Policy:

• We currently do not provide exchanges.

• If you want a different product, please place a new order and raise a return request for the existing one.

Free Gift Policy:

• If your order included a free gift, it must be returned along with the product.

• Returns without the free gift will not be accepted.

Partial Returns:

• Partial returns are allowed. You may return individual items from a multi-item order.

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Claim Policy (Manufacturing Defects):

Claims are accepted only for manufacturing defects and only when the footwear has been used appropriately.

Major Manufacturing Defects:

• Damaged or discoloured upper material

• Broken or damaged sole or insole

• Minor defects will be repaired first, wherever applicable.

• Please return the product with price tags, labels, original packaging, and invoice.

• If the product fails to meet the return criteria, no refund will be issued, and the item will be reshipped to the customer at their cost.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed after product verification for:

• Manufacturing defects

• Wrong product received

• Wrong size received

Refund will be issued within 10 working days and credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
