Shipping Cost:

Delivery Time:
Once your order is shipped, you can expect to receive it within 2-5 working days. Please note that the estimated delivery times are indicative, and while we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional unavoidable delays beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed of any delays.

Shipment Tracking:
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and details of the courier company handling your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after dispatch.

Cancellation:
While we strive to fulfil all orders promptly, there may be instances where we are unable to accept or fulfil an order and must cancel it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, we will notify you promptly, and any payment already made will be refunded to your account.

Courier:
Delivery typically takes between 2-14 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment verification, excluding weekends and public holidays. All deliveries are trackable and fully insured.
